NaviWorld Vietnam took part in the ConneXion 2014 Retail and Hospitality Conference and Expo 

The LS Retail Partner Conference is the premier annual LS Retail event where Partners, LS Retail, Microsoft and other vertical solution providers come together. This event provides participants exceptional programs including sharing of speakers, detailed product demonstrations, networking with LS Retail Partners, latest LS Retail products and strategy, and plenty of interactive sessions.


Many managers and suppliers in Retail and Hospitality sector and LS Retail Partners worldwide gathered in the event of ConneXion conference which was taken place in Reykjavik (Iceland) on May 12-14, 2014. NaviWorld Vietnam took part in this event as the leading retail solution provider in Vietnam.


At the ConneXion 2014 LS Retail and Hospitality conference and expo, over 530 participants of managers and suppliers in Retail agreed that Retailers nowadays have to learn why customers pay attentions to and buy their products in order to survive and gain successes in retail industry.


“We see that retailers all over the world are challenged by changes in consumer behaviors.  This is the reason that we are here with customers, suppliers, partners, specialists and scientists in Retail industry to exchange information and best practices”, said Mr. Magnus S. Norddahl – LS Retail CEO. “The theme of the conference is cooperation to be winners in the future or be the Future of Retail and Hospitality.”  


ConneXion 2014 consisted of 3 sessions: (1) Presenting latest research results, (2) exchanging best retail practices from international retailers and (3) introducing solutions that meet the needs of the retailers. These research outcomes were presented by leading industry specialists including:

  1. Doug Stephens, Retail Prophet website founder

  2. Ashvin Mathew, Microsoft Dynamics Retail General Manager

  3. Peter Funk, Professor in Artificial Intelligence.

Nasir Mohiuddin - IKEA Saudi Arabia, Martin Walz – Adidas, Sukesh Gera - Devyani International, Pat Kennedy - Aer Rianta International, John Gowers - Blue Mountain Resort, May Kee Han - Head of Finance and IT at Best Denki and Keith Hunt - Home Hardware Stores Limited.
