Toshiba Vietnam selects NaviWorld Vietnam as solution provider for its Customer Service business  

NaviWorld Vietnam and Toshiba Vietnam has entered an agreement on May 31, 2011 following which Naviworld will provide a solution for Toshiba Customer Service network in Vietnam based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV software package.

As the sole distributor and warranty center for Toshiba products in Vietnam, Toshiba Vietnam has a large network of subcontractors throughout the country who provide maintenance services to consumers of its products.



The new system was officially launched from Oct 1st2011, and provided an integrated business information system for Toshiba Vietnam Customer Service Department that helps forward incoming calls for services from Call Center to create Service Orders for respective service subcontractors in respective service zones; to control both Toshiba part warehouses and subcontractor warehouses; and automate the billing processes in the department.
