The alliance will operate through three governance bodies — an Alliance Council, a Delivery Governance Board, and a Go-To-Market Team — anchored on five mission pillars: global resource leverage, shared partner strengths, practice development, co-innovation and shared IP, and Microsoft/ISVs and client value.

ONE ALLIANCE has been designed in close alignment with Microsoft's partner programs and global solution plays. The alliance creates value for Microsoft and ISV partners by:

Following the MOU signing, the founding partners will activate the alliance's governance bodies, formalize joint go-to-market motions for selected Microsoft and enterprise opportunities, and begin co-investment in shared accelerators, industry assets, and reusable IP. The Alliance Council will convene in May 2026 to confirm initial priorities and joint pursuits.
