On July 1, 2026, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Soft Drink Joint Stock Company (Savinest) officially announced the launch of its new ERP system, built on Microsoft technology and the Aptean Food & Beverage solution, marking a significant milestone in the digital transformation and modernization of business management at Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest.

Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest, a national brand with more than 35 years of building and development, operates through a system of numerous subsidiaries, 7 modern processing plants, and a network of over 1,000 distributors and agents alongside more than 500,000 points of sale nationwide; its products are now present in over 30 countries and territories. As the scale of operations continues to expand, the need for a modern, synchronized, and transparent management platform capable of connecting the entire spectrum of production, sales, finance, warehousing, procurement, and supply chain operations has become more pressing than ever. The official launch of Savinest's new ERP system is therefore not merely a technological milestone, but also a strategic step in the journey to renew management methods, enhance operational capabilities, and lay the foundation for breakthrough growth in the future.

Within Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest's comprehensive digital transformation strategy, Savinest was selected as the pioneering unit to deploy the ERP system, with the goal of standardizing processes, standardizing data, and building a unified management platform that can be inherited and replicated across the units within the Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest system.

The project was implemented on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform combined with Aptean Food & Beverage ERP, a specialized solution for the food and beverage industry, with implementation support from partner NaviWorld Vietnam.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central serves as a modern ERP platform, comprehensively integrating finance, purchasing, sales, warehousing, manufacturing, and operational management functions within a single system. Building on that foundation, the Aptean Food & Beverage solution adds industry-specific capabilities for beverage manufacturers, such as production, recipe/formula management, lot & expiration control, traceability, quality control, inventory, costing, and the distinctive operational requirements of the food & beverage sector.

The combination of Business Central and Aptean Food & Beverage ERP gives Savinest a platform that is both powerful in overall management and deep in industry-specific operations. This is a critical factor for a company manufacturing bird's nest products, food, and beverages, where quality, traceability, lot control, expiration dates, production planning, and costing are always core management requirements.

The project scope covers nearly the entire range of Savinest's critical business processes, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory/Warehouse, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Finance & Accounting, Fixed Assets, Costing, and Maintenance. This is a broad, complex, and highly integrated scope, requiring close coordination among the business departments, the IT team, the Digital Transformation Board, the SKV/Savinest project team, and the NaviWorld implementation consulting team.

Throughout the implementation, business processes were not simply migrated onto the system, but also reviewed, standardized, and redesigned toward clear accountability, clear data, clear processes, and clear control points. From sales planning to production planning; from purchasing, inventory management, and quality control to manufacturing and costing; from receivables, cash, and fixed assets to equipment maintenance — every step was progressively connected on a unified data platform.

One of the project's greatest priorities was building a database that is "Accurate, Complete, Clean, and Living," unified and shared across the organization. "Accurate" so that the data faithfully reflects actual operations. "Complete" so that it meets the requirements of management, control, reporting, and expansion. "Clean" to eliminate duplicate, erroneous, and inconsistent data. "Living" so that data is not merely prepared once at the moment of Go-live, but continues to be updated, controlled, and improved throughout daily operations.

This is precisely the essential foundation that enables Savinest not only to operate effectively on the new system, but also to lay the groundwork for standardizing shared data, improving the quality of reporting, increasing transparency, and supporting leadership in making faster, more accurate decisions based on timely data.

Alongside process and data standardization, the project also achieved important advances in operational automation. The integration of eBanking with VietinBank and Vietcombank supports more efficient payment, reconciliation, and cash flow management processes. The deployment of the VNPT SmartCA digital signature helps reduce paperwork, shorten approval times, and enhance operational transparency.

With the new ERP system, operational data is more seamlessly connected across departments. Information on inventory, lots, expiration dates, quality, production plans, costs, receivables, and cash flow can be managed more centrally. This helps the company improve cost control, resource management, and process optimization, boost labor productivity, and gradually cultivate a data-driven management culture.

Savinest is the pioneering unit, but the significance of the project extends beyond a single member company.
