After two months of urgent deployment under high pressure, the retail system, Microsoft Dynamics NAV – LS Retail, provided by NaviWorld Vietnam for Goldsun Vietnam has gone LIVE successfully. The system is also ready for opening the 2nd ModernLife supermarket of Goldsun Vietnam which offers high-end consumer goods to customers.

Goldsun Vietnam is one of the leading companies in household product business in Vietnam at present. It has manufacturing plants and trading branches in the North and the South of Vietnam. Goldsun products include household electrical appliances, kitchen tools and equipment. They are distributed through a system of more than 3,000 dealers and 20 authorized service and customer care centers, and are exported to the developed markets such as Europe, North America, and Middle East.

As be aware of opportunities and challenges in maintaining competitive advantages, business growth and expanding the market by exclusive supermarket chain, Goldsun Vietnam initially looked for an advanced and integrated business management solution for their retail sector. This solution must not only meet the business requirements of Goldsun Vietnam but also comply with the legal and business environment in Vietnam.

Starting up the system implementation in May 2013, just over two month of analysis and development, Microsoft Dynamics NAV – LS Retail has been successfully launched for the first supermarket – ModernLife in Vincom Center Hanoi. One week later, the system was also ready for the second ModernLife supermarket opening soon at Vincom Mega Mall Royal City on July 26, 2013.  The solution is expected to be rolled-out for other supermarkets of Goldsun in the Southern Vietnam later this year.
