On July 23, 2022, the Evaluation Council led by Dr. Mai Liem Truc, Former Permanent Deputy Minister of Posts and Telecommunications as Chairman and 25 members of the Council including representatives from the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health, Universities, international auditing and consulting firms, IT experts and representatives of IT industry press agencies have unanimously selected  101 worthy nominations to honor the Top 10 Vietnam IT enterprises in 2022. in 18 fields. According to statistics, the total revenue in 2021 of enterprises honored in the TOP 10 this year reached VND 162,333 billion, equivalent to USD 7 billion, accounting for 51% of the revenue of the entire Vietnamese software and IT service industry. with a total staff of 175,601 people.

Enterprises participating in the "Top 10 IT enterprises in Vietnam 2022" will be evaluated according to 7 criteria including: financial criteria, human and human resources, products, technological capacity, management work, etc. achievements and have more industry-specific assessment criteria. The evaluation process consists of 3 rounds: Pre-qualification of dossiers; Presentation and practical appraisal; General election.
