Business Central allows you to access your entire ERP system from anywhere. Accessed exclusively through the all-new Web Client, Business Central can be used at anytime, anywhere and on any device i.e. laptop, phone or tablet with an internet connection. This means you can access your data, complete tasks and make decisions whether you’re in the office, on-site or traveling.

Business Central has the same modern design that you are used to from other Microsoft Office programs. This will quickly familiarise you with the new platform. In addition to the upgrade in look & feel, a number of relevant functional improvements have also been made in this new version.

Dynamics 365 Business Central integrates with various programs and apps. Although Dynamics NAV already worked with Word and Excel, Business Central integrates with a lot more platforms. For example, integration with Outlook has been greatly improved and integration with Microsoft Teams will be added soon.

A big advantage of the Business Central platform is that it is available as a SaaS solution. When you work with a Software as a Service solution, you purchase software via the internet as a service from a supplier. The supplier is responsible for the availability and maintenance of the software and systems. On Business Central you can use various new functionalities and products that are not available in NAV. For example, various improvements that have been made in the areas of procurement, financials, service & maintenance, document management, equipment management and CRM.
